Job Summary Deliver engaging and effective teaching by preparing and conducting lessons aligned with curriculum standards. Assess student progress through homework grading and ensure high-quality course materials to support learning outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials to deliver structured and impactful classes based on the prescribed curriculum Conduct interactive classes that foster student engagement and comprehension Evaluate and grade student homework to monitor learning progress and provide constructive feedback Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of course materials to maintain educational standards Manage time effectively to fulfill a 44-hour work week including weekend teaching commitments Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Education or related fields Degree in Chinese Studies or Education is strongly preferred to support subject matter expertise Other Information Normal working hours include a 44-hour work week with weekend duties; Monday is the designated off day Full-time employees receive insurance and medical subsidies, annual leave, medical leave, performance bonuses, and salary increments
