Admin & Accounts Executive Job Summary Manage office administration and financial record-keeping to ensure efficient operations and accurate accounting. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business processes and compliance. Responsibilities Manage daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations Organize, prepare, and maintain physical and digital documents and records for easy retrieval and compliance Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to facilitate operational needs Perform general administrative duties and complete ad hoc tasks as assigned to support business functions Record accounting transactions accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and collections Follow up on outstanding payments and issue payment reminders to maintain cash flow Assist with month-end closing processes, financial reporting, and audit preparation to support accurate financial statements Maintain proper filing of accounting documents in compliance with company policies and procedures Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth audits Required competencies and certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines consistently
