Finance Executive

Job Objectives The Finance Executive plays a critical role in keeping records of daily transactions up to date. The role encompass areas of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables and journal entries at the month end. Duties and Responsibilities Handles the daily transaction processing which includes, purchase invoice processing and payments Issuing of Sales invoices and receipts recognition into the accounting system Perform Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis to be reviewed by Finance Manager/Financial Controller Preparing of month end journal entries for review by Financial Controller Any other duties assigned Qualification Guidelines Minimum Education Diploma in Accounting Minimum Experience 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in accounting / finance work Fresh graduates are welcome Specific Knowledge / Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office
