BIM Modeller Executive

Job Summary Responsible for the production of drawings (both 2D and BIM) in compliance with Company standards and regulatory requirements within the project timeline with guidance from Senior Technical Manager/BIM manager/Assistant BIM Manager Responsibilities 1 Responsible for all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc 2 Update drawings and BIM models in accordance with BIM statutory requirements and design and document Control procedures e.g. BCA/HDB BIM Guide 3 Prepares drawings & BIM Model accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works. 4 Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism. (Quality, due diligence and accuracy) 5 Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted correctly and in a timely manner under the supervision of senior technical staff 6 Liaise with authority on submission matters with minimal supervision of senior technical staff 7 Maintain project documentation and records 8 Prepare reports, letters, presentations to authorities 9 Conduct Site walks and inspection as required Technical Skills & Competencies 1 Familiarity with local (Singapore) codes and regulations especially for private and public residential projects 2 Knowledge in Technical Detailing and Drawing 3 Building Information Modelling Application (Revit) 4 Intermediate knowledge of Contract Administration and Management 5 Intermediate knowledge of Stakeholder Management Other Skills & Competencies Leadership Decision Making Teamwork Communication Interpersonal Skills Who should apply Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience as BIM associate or equivalent Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent Diploma or Degree in Architecture / BIM or equivalent Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new process procedures and workflows Ability to work in a fast-paced organization
