What you'll be doing · Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality and consistent food standards · Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier coordination · Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team · Ensure that the latest SOPs are implemented and adhered to across the kitchen · Responsible for staff evaluation, succession and training plan · Provide regular performance updates to area chefs and management · Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safetyregulations and licensing conditions · Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen · Collaborate with management to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction · Promote creativity, innovation, and consistency in all menu items · Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior What we're looking for · Strong experience as Head Chef or senior leadership role in the kitchen · Excellent leadership and people management skills · Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency · Passionate about delivering high-quality dining experiences
