We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Regional Head of Pricing APAC to define and lead the end-to-end pricing strategy across APAC region. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own pricing strategy and performance with joined accountability for revenue quality, margin expansion, and value realization across a diverse customer portfolio. As a key member of the finance and commercial leadership team, you will translate the global pricing vision into innovative regional strategies that drive topline growth, sustainable EBIT growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and maximize long-term business value. Leveraging deep market insight and advanced pricing expertise, you will shape pricing frameworks, optimize customer profitability, and unlock new growth opportunities in close cooperation with the global pricing excellence team. Your key responsibilities include: Define and execute the regional pricing strategy, translating global direction into regional pricing actions that drive profitable growth and competitive advantage. Lead pricing transformation initiatives by embedding advanced analytics, digital tools, and value-based pricing practices across the region. Drive revenue quality and margin improvement across products, sectors, and customer segments, ensuring sustainable revenue and EBIT growth. Develop and implement pricing frameworks that reflect customer value, market dynamics, competitive positioning, and willingness to pay. Provide pricing leadership for strategic and complex opportunities, supporting key negotiations and ensuring disciplined pricing related decision-making. Support annual pricing cycles, contract indexation, and structural price adjustments while identifying opportunities to enhance monetization. Establish and strengthen pricing governance, policies, controls, and approval processes to ensure consistency and commercial excellence. Act as a trusted advisor to Regional Board members, influencing pricing strategy, customer decisions, and investment priorities. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing pricing organization, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Global Pricing teams to drive best practices and deliver long-term business value. What are we looking for from you? 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, BD, SD or Operations within Contract Logistics Proven experience developing and executing pricing and/or commercial strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement. Strong track record of leading large-scale pricing, commercial, or business transformation initiatives in complex organizations. Extensive leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams in multinational and matrix environments. Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders within DHL and within the customer organization and shape strategic, commercial and investment decisions, as well as pricing transformation. Expertise in pricing strategy, value-based pricing, commercial negotiations, operational excellence, and profitability optimization. Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L management, business performance drivers, and financial value creation drivers. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial challenges and deliver results. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
