Head Chef

Head Chef Diamond Agency Pte Ltd (Indonesia Boleh / Indo Express) is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver authentic Indonesian cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Indonesian dishes to company standards. Plan menus and develop new recipes. Supervise and train kitchen staff. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation. Manage inventory, food ordering, and stock control. Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with SFA and food safety regulations. Minimise food waste and control kitchen costs. Coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service. Requirements: At least 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef. Strong knowledge of authentic Indonesian cuisine. Leadership and team management skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Willing to work weekends and public holidays. Working Hours: 6 days per week Shift work (including weekends and public holidays) Salary: According to experience and qualifications.
