Apac Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop Sales Strategy for APAC region and drive sales and customer development across Asia Pacific, including frequent customer visits and continuous relationship building Lead sales & acquisition process, including opportunity creation, documentation in Customer Hub, and developing regional key account strategies. Support offer process: bid/no-bid decisions for product solutions, technical clarification of request with customer, coordination with internal operations, and customer communication until order intake. Support and participate in contract and offer negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders. Represent Diehl Aviation at trade shows and support marketing, market intelligence, and the sales budget planning process. Qualification and Skills University degree or equivalent education, combined with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales or business development Solid background in aircraft cabin products and general sales methodologies (e.g., calculations, opportunity management) Strong intercultural competence, especially in working with APAC customers. High customer orientation, networking capabilities, and ability to generate opportunities and achieve order intake targets in an international environment Interface between APAC local airline industry and German homesites; experience with purchase contracts beneficial Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in managing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
