Procurement Manager (Fmcg / Apac Sourcing)

[Job ID: 1604992] Responsibilities Develop and execute APAC procurement strategies aligned with demand plans and margin targets Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to optimise cost, quality, service, and risk Define and track category KPIs including savings, contract coverage, OTIF, quality, and risk mitigation Establish vendor selection frameworks; evaluate and onboard suitable suppliers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to deliver cost savings and value Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery Conduct reviews of trade documentation and contract terms to mitigate procurement risks Analyse market trends and supplier capabilities to identify risks and opportunities Streamline procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness Support NPD commercialisation through OEM feasibility, costing inputs, and trial coordination Collaborate with QA and Supply Chain to ensure supplier readiness and documentation for product launches Requirements More than 10 years of procurement management experience in FMCG or brand owner environments Strong track record in vendor sourcing, negotiations, and cost/value delivery Experience managing supplier performance and procurement KPIs Hands-on experience supporting NPD commercialisation with OEM/contract manufacturers (feasibility, costing, trials, scale-up readiness) Proven ability to manage multiple local and regional procurement projects concurrently To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_gary@goodjobcreations.com.sg Please kindly refer to the Privacy Policy of Good Job Creations for your reference: https://goodjobcreations.com.sg/en/privacy-policy/ We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
