Site Supervisor

Responsible for managing all aspects of coordination works planning/scheduling and technical coordination of all construction works for the project with all agencies, statutory boards, and stakeholders, incl. Client & SO / Consultants / subcontractors. Comprehensive understanding of the drawings and specification, phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule Supervising and leading workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works Assisting in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinating in all aspects of site issues Keeping record of the daily manpower and productivity Monitoring job progress ensuring quality work at the targeted schedule Assisting construction manager to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices. Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at the site
