Senior Bunker Procurement Executive (Container)

Key Responsibilities Manage global lubricant procurement and delivery for the fleet, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply. Review vessel requisitions, coordinate with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and oversee end-to-end delivery execution. Verify delivery documentation and supplier invoices for accurate processing. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. Perform rotational bunker operations duty, coordinating fuel deliveries and resolving operational issues. Review bunker quantity survey reports, fuel quality reports (ISO8217/GCMS), and investigate discrepancies or supplier claims. Conduct vessel inspections to ensure compliance with bunkering procedures and fuel delivery standards. Support internal audits, investigate ROB discrepancies, and implement corrective actions where required. Requirements Diploma in Supply Chain, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline with 5 years of maritime experience , or a Marine Engineering CoC Class 5 or above with shipboard bunkering experience. Good understanding of procurement, bunker operations, and supply chain processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data analytics or Power Automate is advantageous. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, global operational environment.
