About this role

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the shipping, maritime, offshore and logistics sectors. Build long-term relationships with shipowners, operators, commodity traders, classification societies, ports, law firms, financial institutions and other maritime stakeholders. Drive revenue through advertising, branded content, sponsorships, events, subscriptions and integrated marketing solutions. Identify new business opportunities and proactively develop new client relationships across the region. Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored media and marketing solutions that deliver measurable value. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management. Work closely with editorial, marketing and events teams to deliver successful client campaigns and industry events. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations and business reviews to strengthen partnerships. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records and pipeline reporting. Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events and exhibitions to expand market presence. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Maritime Studies or a related discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales or Business Development. Experience selling advertising, sponsorships, digital marketing solutions, events or subscription-based products is highly preferred. Maritime or shipping industry knowledge would be a strong advantage. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Proven ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers. Commercially driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.
