Compliance Manager (Ship Owner)

Responsibilities: Assist the undersigned in managing corporate compliance matters for various group companies in Singapore and Dubai Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, regulatory submissions, and corporate documentation Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and compliance trackers Liaise with regulatory authorities, external advisors, auditors, and company secretaries Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on compliance requirements Support board meetings, including preparation of resolutions and minutes where required Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and internal policies across jurisdictions Requirements: Degree in Commerce (or equivalent qualification) Qualified Company Secretary / Inter Company Secretary certification is mandatory 4–5 years of experience handling corporate compliance matters Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks in Singapore (knowledge of Dubai regulations is an advantage) Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
