Responsible for partnering with the business to define, design, and implement people initiatives that positively impact organizational performance and culture. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies at the country level, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. Localize and govern HR policies in line with Singapore regulations and best practices. Drive talent strategies, including talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building. Promote a high-performance and engaged culture through employee experience initiatives. Provide oversight on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Lead HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with regional HR teams, COEs, and external partners. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong background in HR business partnering and country-level HR leadership. Proven experience in executing HR strategies aligned to business goals. Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. Strong expertise in talent management and leadership development. Solid employee relations experience handling complex cases. Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and practices. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
