We also specialise in Electron Beam Welding Services. Job Summary Support the Sales Department by managing client communications, preparing quotations, coordinating job documentation, and monitoring business enquiries to drive sales and operational efficiency in heat treatment services. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager and Sales Department in executing sales and marketing activities to promote core heat treatment and EB welding services Prepare accurate quotations and schedule meetings for the sales team to engage clients effectively Liaise with clients and attend to walk-in customers to ensure excellent customer service and follow-up after sales Generate delivery orders (DOs), purchase orders (POs), and promptly issue work-sheets/job travelers for each job to notify production schedules Monitor new business enquiries and maintain timely, accurate reports and records for managerial review Maintain procedural standards for all work orders to ensure operational consistency and quality Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum Polytechnic diploma in any discipline Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform related calculations Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to support client interactions Self-driven, result-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently Other Information Work schedule: 5 days per week Work location: East Singapore
