About this role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, coordinating projects, and working in an engineering-related environment. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth sales operations while providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. Prepare quotations and respond promptly to customer enquiries. Build relationships with new and existing customers through follow-up and excellent customer service. Arrange customer meetings and coordinate communication between customers and the sales team. Attend to walk-in customers and manage after-sales enquiries. Issue job travellers and work orders accurately for all confirmed orders. Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure jobs are scheduled and processed according to customer requirements. Monitor sales enquiries and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation. Ensure all sales documentation and work orders comply with company procedures and quality standards. Perform other sales administration duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in any discipline / Profesisonal certificate Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service or a related role. Interest in engineering products or manufacturing environments. Comfortable interpreting engineering drawings and performing basic calculations (training will be provided where necessary). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and business associates. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Well-organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team. What We Offer 5-day work week.
