Full Time Delivery Driver (B2B/B2C Last-Mile)

🚚 FULL-TIME DELIVERY DRIVER (B2B/B2C LAST-MILE LOGISTICS) About Us Draft Logistics Pte Ltd is a growing last-mile logistics company providing reliable B2B and B2C delivery solutions across Singapore. We are looking for committed and responsible Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our team. What We Offer 5 to 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday roster) Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or upon completion of assigned deliveries) Overtime (OT) payable for work performed outside standard working hours Performance-based incentives and bonuses for achieving delivery KPIs Opportunities for career growth within the company Job Scope Perform islandwide B2B and B2C deliveries in a safe and timely manner Assist with loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery locations Ensure all goods are handled carefully, including fragile and high-value items Verify delivery quantities and items before dispatch and upon delivery Obtain customer signatures on Delivery Orders (DO) and other required documents Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues promptly Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety procedures Assist with ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by the Operations Manager Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A Driving Licence (minimum 2 years) Good driving record and road safety awareness Familiar with Singapore roads and navigation applications Physically fit and able to carry and move goods when required Responsible, punctual, courteous, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service Salary & Benefits Gross Salary: From S$2,000 per month Performance bonus available Overtime pay at 1.5x of the standard hourly rate Additional incentives based on performance and operational requirements Work Location Singapore Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
