Interior Stylist / Luxury Design Consultant (High-End Showroom, Retail Environment)

Responsibilities Engage customers to assess their interior design needs and provide tailored styling solutions that enhance their living spaces Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement attractive product displays and store layouts that elevate the showroom experience Continuously update knowledge of interior design trends and product features to advise customers effectively Schedule and manage appointments for Interior Design Services to support client project needs Proactively follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and claims to maintain excellent after-sales service and customer relationships Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for creating exceptional in-store customer experiences Strong teamwork, interpersonal communication, and self-motivation skills Relevant experience considered for senior roles Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is advantageous Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D rendering software is a plus Open to candidates without prior work experience; competitive basic salary plus commission offered Other Information Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary with commission (basic salary stated before commission) Professional development and training programs Collaborative, dynamic work environment in a vibrant retail location at Orchard (ION) Opportunities to build relationships with high net-worth clients and gain confidence in luxury retail Early access to new product launches, limited editions, and market trends Insights into the evolving luxury retail landscape Work Schedule: Five-day work week including weekends at Ion Orchard retail store
