Salesforce QA(1Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test plans and test cases Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and integrations Execute manual and automated test cases and document results Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools Collaborate with developers and admins to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes Validate data integrity during data loads, migrations, and integrations Support release planning and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and quality standards Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience 5+ years of QA or testing experience, with hands-on Salesforce testing experience Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Experience testing Salesforce customizations (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Visualforce) Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail) Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber and Jest/Mocha Preferred Qualifications Salesforce QA/Tester certification Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Copado, AccelQ, TestNG) Experience testing Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) Basic understanding of Apex and SOQL Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processes If you would like to know more aboutthis role, do drop me a message or you can alternatively drop me an emailstated below. latha@dhc.com.sg By submitting an application or yourresume, you are deemed to have consented to Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltdcollecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes stated inour privacy notice (https://dhc.com.sg/privacy-policy).
