Student Management Officer

Job Description: Provide one-to-one mentoring and support to students with behavioural and discipline needs. Plan and conduct motivational talks and student engagement programmes. Assist with student discipline, incident fact-finding, and after-school neighbourhood patrols. Support parent engagement on student behaviour and discipline matters. Work closely with the Discipline Master to promote positive student development. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, youth, and families. Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills. Experience in planning and conducting motivational or educational programmes is an advantage. Experience organizing physical or youth development activities is preferred. Passionate about supporting and mentoring children and youth.
