We provide manpower support including WSH Officers, technical staff, administrative personnel, and specialised manpower to enhance workplace safety and productivity. Job Summary You will supervise daily service operations, lead and develop your team, and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily service operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve and exceed performance targets Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and productivity to optimize workforce management Resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team skills and performance Maintain service quality standards and enforce company policies consistently Coordinate with management to align team activities with operational goals and business objectives Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify improvement areas Monitor inventory levels, equipment condition, and workplace cleanliness to support operational readiness Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations to maintain a safe working environment Required competencies and certifications Diploma in any field Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the service industry Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required Good organizational and time management skills
