About this role
Job Description: Plan and conduct engaging Track & Field (Jumps)CCA training sessions. Develop and submit age-appropriate lesson plans and training programmes. Foster students' passion for athletics while promoting discipline, teamwork, and positive values. Identify and nurture talented students for the CCA. Prepare students for the National School Games(NSG) and other competitions. Accompany, supervise, and manage students during competitions, camps, and exchange programmes Requirements: Minimum 3 years of coaching experience in Track& Field (Jumps). Preferably holds SG-Coach Level 1 (Theory and/orTechnical) certification or higher. Preferably registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) for Track & Field. Possesses a valid Standard First Aid with CPR &AED certification. Overseas First Aid certifications must be validatedby the National Resuscitation and First Aid Council (NRFAC) before deployment. Strong coaching, communication, and studentmanagement skills. Able to motivate, develop, and prepare students for competitions
