Student Management Officer

Job Description: Supervise detention, reflection sessions, and restorative practices for students with behavioural concerns. Assist ininvestigating student discipline cases by gathering statements and supporting fact-finding. Maintain accurate records of incidents, interventions, and follow-up actions. Managestudent discipline databases, case tracking, and prepare reports for trend analysis. Monitor students with recurring behavioral issues and provide progress updates. Support restorative and developmental approaches to student behavior management. Respond promptly to student incidents and provide supervision when required. Assist with school-wide student management programmes, interventions, and events. Evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements. Requirements: Degree in Childhood Psychology, Social Work,Counselling, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in counselling, socialwork, or student discipline, preferably in a primary school. Strong understanding of student behaviour management and intervention strategies. Calm, fair, and objective when handling challenging situations. Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong conflict resolution, de-escalation, and communication skills. Able to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
