Youth Social Worker

Job Description: Provide regular mentoring and counselling supportto identified students. Build positive relationships and support students' holistic development. Plan and conduct intervention programmes tailored to students' individual needs. Conduct home visits where required as part of student support. Observe students' needs and report concerns to the Student Management Team and School Leaders. Attend case review and case management meetings to provide updates on students' progress. Work collaboratively with the Student Managemen tand Student Development teams. Maintain professionalism and adhere to the school's code of conduct and expectations throughout all school engagements. Requirements: Preferably possess a tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline. Registered Social Worker in Singapore, or supervised by a registered Social Worker. Registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as required. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social service sector. Experience supporting at-risk students and their families. Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring, and counselling skills. Passionate about youth development and able to motivate students through engaging, hands-on activities. Competent in case management, student engagement, and collaborative teamwork.
