Ava Executive

Job Description: Provide AV/IT support for school events, assemblies, performances, and examinations. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV/IT equipment, including projectors, Apple TV, visualizers, and sound systems. Create and edit videos to support school activities and events. Conduct basic AV/IT setup training for staff and student technology representatives. Support students and staff with Personal Learning Device (PLD) and technical issues. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of AV/IT equipment. Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and installations. Maintain equipment inventory, loan records, maintenance logs, and documentation. Assist with the receiving, checking, and inventory tagging of new AV/IT equipment. Carry out other AV, media, and ICT-related duties assigned by the school. Requirements: Basic knowledge of AV/IT equipment trouble shooting and support. Able to manage equipment inventory and logistics efficiently. Organized,responsible, and able to work independently Preferably experienced in a Singapore school environment. Minimum 1 year of relevant Audio Visual (AV) experience in aschool. Experience in logistics maintenance and inventory management is an added advantage
