Guzheng Instructor

Job Description: Conduct Guzheng CCA training and related activities. Plan and deliver a progressive 2-year CCA programme. Motivate students and develop their musical skills, teamwork, and values. Prepare students for the Singapore Youth Festival(SYF), school events, and public performances. Work closely with CCA teachers to support student development. Assist with Primary 6 DSA selection activities. Assess students' learning and monitor their progress. Promote character development and school values throughout CCA sessions Requirements: Diploma in Music (specialisation in Chinese musical instruments) or Degree in Music (General or other specialization) Minimum 4 years' coaching experience in MOE schools (preferred) Experience preparing students for at least 2 SYF Arts Presentations (Guzheng Ensemble) (preferred) Strong coaching and student engagement skills Must be able to conduct an In-person trial lesson during the selection process (4–21 August 2026)
