Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern will collaborate with the HR team to enhance talent acquisition processes and support DTL’s global recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities Source and engage potential candidates using social media platforms and university career portals to expand recruitment reach Maintain and grow DTL’s talent pool and recruitment channels to support hiring needs Support the creation and distribution of recruitment marketing materials to attract qualified candidates Contribute to various HR projects to improve overall human resource functions Preferred competencies and qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field or possessing relevant experience Demonstrate meticulousness, professionalism, and strong organizational skills Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills Show proactive and results-oriented approach in completing assigned tasks
