Associate Support Engineer

At the heart of our fast-paced client support team, you’ll work closely with talented software developers, take ownership of first-level bug fixing, and help us keep our clients happy and thriving! What you will do: Be the first point of contact for clients, understand their issues and find effective solutions Triage, troubleshoot, and squash bugs with smart code changes Provide ongoing ops & maintenance support Log, track, and analyze client queries to spot trends Update documentation and self-help guides for clients and internal teams Weekend or after hours support may be required from time to time, with time off in lieu provided accordingly Job Requirements Degree in IT or equivalent Fresh grads welcome! 2–3 years in application support/development in financial services is a plus Programming know-how in Java, JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Unix shell scripting Bonus if you know jQuery, Oracle RDBMS, JBoss, Resin, or IBM WebSphere Strong problem-solving skills and great communication Open to providing weekend after-hours support when required, with time off in lieu provided accordingly Why You’ll Love Working with Us: Competitive salary & full benefits (medical, birthday leave, study leave, etc.) Hybrid work model – WFH some days after confirmation Learning & growth – Regular training, mentoring & team-building activities Supportive & stable – We’ve got great managers and a solid, reliable team environment
