Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's supply chain, from procurement to distribution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to meet company goals and objectives. - Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. - Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and make improvements as needed. - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. - Manage logistics staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. - Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient operation of the supply chain. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. - Develop and manage logistics budgets. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in logistics management or a related field. - Excellent knowledge of logistics operations and best practices. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. - Proficiency in using logistics management software. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
