Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for tendering of subcontract packages, including sourcing and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare subcontract agreements. Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, and budgets. Prepare and certify subcontractors’ payment claims. Evaluate and negotiate revisions, variations, and additions to contractual agreements with subcontractors. Prepare and submit variation orders, and reconcile quantities with the client’s quantity surveyor in accordance with contract requirements. Prepare monthly progress claims to the client and assist in developing cash flow forecasts for submission. Coordinate design changes with the design team and review potential variation claims to the client. Provide support during both the tendering process and project execution stages.
