About this role

The Account Director, Partnerships is an account leadership role within 160/90, based in Singapore and sitting within the Client Services team. This role leads a portfolio of key client accounts across Asia-Pacific, driving strategic direction, commercial growth, and the delivery of best-in-class sports and entertainment partnership programmes. You will act as the senior strategic lead across your accounts, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, bringing a deep expertise across sponsorship strategy and activation delivery, ensuring all resulting work from the team is executed to the highest standards. You will oversee complex, multi-market programmes end-to-end, managing internal teams, rights holders, and vendors to deliver seamless activations. In parallel, you will be responsible for account performance and contribute to new business opportunities across the region. This role reports to the VP, Partnerships, APAC Key Responsibilities · Own senior client relationships, acting as the primary strategic advisor across client, rights holder, and partner stakeholders, while driving alignment across multiple business units and markets · Lead the development and delivery of partnership strategies and integrated campaigns, translating client objectives into effective sports partnership programmes · Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment across strategy, creative, production, and on-site delivery, with consistent quality across all touchpoints · Provide expert guidance on sponsorship properties and rights integration, ensuring clients maximise value from partnerships and associated assets · Be responsible for account performance, including identifying growth opportunities to expand scope · Maintain full oversight of budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to targets · Ensure internal process excellence across project management, procurement, legal, CRM tracking, and ve…
