What You’ll Do 1. Oversee the spa's daily operations; ensuring a smooth workflow. 2. Allocate responsibilities among staff members for efficient operations. 3. Motivate team to maintain service quality & sales objectives. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and ensure quality service delivery. 5. Handle any complaints or issues that arise, ensuring a resolution that satisfies the client and maintains the spa's reputation. 6. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in beauty spa. 7. Liaise with marketing team for the social media response. 8. Prepare sales report and data analysis from sales transactions. 9. Review inventory levels and make orders for consumables & products. 10. Review daily sales, revenue, and expenses to ensure accuracy. 11. Prepare end-of-day financial reports or documentation as required by management or finance. 12. Develop plans for continuous improvement, suggesting changes or enhancements to services, marketing strategies, or operational procedures. 13. Collaborate with the management team to set goals and strategies for the spa's growth and development. 14. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. 15. Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
