About this role

We are a modern restaurant looking for a friendly and proactive Service Crew to join our team! If you genuinely enjoy working with people, have the confidence and some experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service, then we’d like to hear from you! Our Service Crew will contribute to daily service as one of our Front-of-House staff, and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. The perfect candidate is an excellent team player, reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully. Salary: S$ 2,800 - $3,400 depending on work experience Benefits: 5 Days Work Week Staff Meals Provided Birthday Benefits Responsibilities: Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintained Manage guests’ expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerations Assist the Supervisors and Restaurant Manager to ensure that all Front of House team members are well-versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning Participate in proper communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams To maintain a healthy work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members Using the POS and reservations software systems Execution of delivery orders Assist the Events team with the operations of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate Events Assist in building a database of regular clients and providing them with efficient and professional customer service Requirements: Preferably 1-2 years of F&B and hospitality experience Positive mindset and approachable demeanour Natural people skills A desire to deliver an experience beyond guests’ expectations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence with learning and handling POS systems Great time management and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure Has great initiative and team leadership skills
