Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to maintain dish quality and consistency while collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Prepare and execute dishes following recipes and guidelines to achieve high-quality standards Taking charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is not in Oversee a designated kitchen section to ensure operational efficiency and consistent food quality Maintain hygiene and food safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and maintain kitchen efficiency Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure adequate supplies Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support smooth kitchen operations Apply good knife skills in food preparation, with butchery experience considered an advantage Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrate integrity and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to team growth
