Service Engineer

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be: · Provide customer-focused service, includingtroubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Emerson marine products · Perform on-site activities such ascommissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal systemperformance · Prepare timely, accurate, and complete servicereports in line with established standards · Deliver technical training and presentationsto customers and internal teams to build product understanding and capability · Offer remote technical support via phone andemail for both new and existing customers · Partner with sales teams to support technicaldiscussions, customer meetings, and onboard surveys · Manage pre- and post-service administrativeactivities to ensure smooth execution and documentation Who You Are: You prepare content forcommunication that is impactful. You stay aligned with your goals and stayproductive. You keep in touch with customers. For This Role, You Will Need: · Minimum of 2 years of working experience inthe marine industry, working onboard vessels or offshore installations. · Good analytical & solving skills coupledwith minimum sales/marketing skills. · Strong interpersonal & communicationskills, especially influencing skills. · A collaborative mindset and a customer-focusedapproach to service delivery. · Willingness and flexibility to travel,including frequent or short-notice assignments when required · Working knowledge and hands-on experience onhydraulic systems and their applications · Familiarity with industrial communicationprotocols and networking concepts (such as Modbus, P-NET, TCP/IP, and Ethernet) Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart: · Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent inElectrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
