A2 Main Con handling projects such as Commercial, Private Residential, A&A, R&R, ELU, and NRP works. 5 days - Tannery Road (Straight bus from Toa Payoh/ Tai Seng/ Macpherson MRT) $5,000 - $6,800 + variable bonus Equal opportunities for career progression Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and company policies Manage contract lifecycle from tender stage through project completion Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, legal advisors, and clients Develop, implement, and monitor systems for QS, contract, and cost management. Review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/charging concerns. Resolve issues encountered by the QS/project team, including client and subcontractor cost and contractual matters. Take ownership of project cost and contractual settlements.
