Assistant Electrical Engineer (Asst Project Engineer)

$3,500 - $5,000 + Variable bonuses Medium size M&E Consultancy with excellent career progression with equal opportunities Attractive employee welfare benefit Location: Singapore, Hougang (Kovan) | Mon – Fri | 9am -6pm Responsibilities: To supervise the timely execution of Electrical works, maintain quality control and ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards. To check quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report for materials not conforming to the specifications. To monitor and report on contractor's performance, progress against planned schedule and provide weekly progress reports. To prepare, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified. To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary. To witness and ensure that the tests are carried out in accordance with approved method of statements. To carry out coordination of services. To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings. To assist in verifying and keeping records of all variations carried on site. To verify all reports and claims submitted by the contractors. To assists Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. To ensure all installation work is carried out with proper approval from Employer and relevant authorities and keep records. Requirements: At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related.
