Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation. Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, payment posting, and AP aging. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare required financial reports. Prepare GST submissions, maintain accruals/prepayment schedules, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards. Liaise with vendors, customers, auditors, banks, and tax agents. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial documentation. Provide support for audit, tax filing, and ad hoc finance projects. Other adhoc tasks as assigned Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (F&B or retail industadvantage). Strong knowledge of full set accounts, GST, and Singaporeaccounting standards. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount). Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
