Finance Executive (Project Billing & Accounts)

About Us Neo Sting Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based engineering company specializing in semiconductor installation and engineering services. Our projects involve semiconductor equipment installation, utility systems, and cleanroom engineering works across Singapore. We are looking for an experienced Finance Executive to support our growing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project billings, monitoring project costs, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely invoicing and collection of progress payments. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounts Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and statements of accounts. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Handle accounts payable, payment processing, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end closing, audit preparation, and financial reporting. Project Billing & Coordination Coordinate closely with Project Managers and clients on project progress claims and payment schedules. Prepare and submit progress billings and supporting documents. Monitor project milestones and ensure timely collection of progress payments. Track project costs, budgets, and payment status. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding billing and payment matters. Assist in contract administration and maintain project-related financial records. Administration Support general administrative and office duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or project billing. Experience in the construction, engineering, or semiconductor industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with progress claims, project invoicing, and payment collection processes. Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and financial procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management, employees, clients, and business partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling construction or engineering project accounts. Familiarity with contract administration and project cost tracking. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
