About this role
Job Responsibilities: · Provide first-line IT helpdesk support & Level 1 user support. · Manage user accounts, system access rights, and password administration. · Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and account provisioning. · Assist in IT purchase request, IT contract renewals, invoice management. · Conduct RFQ, RFI, and RFP, competitive consultation, proposal preparation for IT procurement. · Assist in IT budget planning, tracking and efficient cost management. · Maintain inventory records of IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, and other peripherals. · Prepare IT project reports, minutes of the meeting, tracking of progress and reporting. · Maintain documentation related to IT assets, configurations, and procedures. · Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers regarding hardware, software, licensing, and service requests. · Monitor vendor performance and service delivery. · Ensure invoices comply with contractual agreements and procurement policies. · Process and validate IT-related invoices Requirements · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. · Experience working with regional or global teams. · Strong reporting and documentation skills. · Knowledge of IT governance, audit, and compliance requirements. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Jira, Confluence and reporting tools. · Experience in managing IT assets, user accounts, and vendor coordination. · Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Desktop troubleshooting. · Familiarity with IT procurement, invoice processing, and asset management processes. · Good understanding of IT support ticket management and issue resolution workflows.
