Procurement Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Administer the full procurement process, including preparation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Ensure procurement requests are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and supporting documentation. Source and evaluate new vendors to support business requirements. Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and service standards. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial arrangements with suppliers. Experience Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, office administration, or a similar role. Knowledge & Skills Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management. Strong negotiation and cost management skills. Experience using ERP, procurement systems, or e-procurement platforms is an advantage. Experience processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
