Responsibilities Install drywall gypsum and wooden partitions to create durable and precise room divisions for various renovation projects Fit suspended false plaster ceilings to enhance interior aesthetics and functionality in commercial and residential spaces Apply plaster to gypsum partitions and concrete walls/ceilings to achieve smooth, even surfaces ready for finishing Paint surfaces with attention to detail to provide a clean, professional finish that meets project standards Lay carpet and vinyl flooring accurately to ensure safe, attractive, and long-lasting floor coverings Perform glass works including installation and fitting to meet design specifications and safety requirements Conduct reinstatement and dismantle works efficiently to prepare sites for renovation or restoration
