What's in it for You Monthly Basic Salary up to S$6,400 + Performance Bonus Opportunity to support mission-critical infrastructure at Changi Airport Renewable yearly project with long-term career opportunities Exposure to enterprise networking, security appliances and large-scale infrastructure projects Key Responsibilities Support project implementation, deployment and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. Perform preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades and security patching. Administer and support Cisco, Fortinet and Huawei switches, routers and firewalls. Respond to network incidents, service requests and change requests within SLA. Troubleshoot network and system issues, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Work closely with vendors and external support teams to resolve technical issues. Prepare incident reports, technical documentation and support ISO audit activities. Participate in requirement gathering, installation, testing and commissioning of new systems. Provide 24×7 standby support What We're Looking For Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of Network Engineering experience is a MUST . MUST HAVE Hands-on experience supporting: Cisco Switches & Routers Fortinet (FortiGate) Firewalls Huawei Networking Products Network monitoring tools Security appliances and structured cabling Experience performing firmware upgrades, patching and preventive maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
