Packaging Solutions Sales Executive Company: Esteem Packaging Pte Ltd Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,800 + Commission + Mobile/Petrol/Car Allowance + Annual Performance Bonus & Increment Job Summary Esteem Packaging Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Packaging Solutions Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting innovative paper and plastic packaging solutions. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and provide value-added packaging recommendations that improve product protection, branding, logistics efficiency, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop new business opportunities and acquire customers across manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, logistics, retail, pharmaceutical, electronics, and e-commerce sectors. Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Conduct sales presentations, customer visits, and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Packaging Solutions Consulting Understand customers' packaging requirements, production processes, and operational challenges. Recommend suitable paper, plastic, corrugated, flexible, rigid, and sustainable packaging solutions. Propose cost-saving, productivity-enhancing, and environmentally friendly packaging alternatives. Work closely with customers to develop customized packaging solutions. Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales support. Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Project & Internal Coordination Liaise with production, procurement, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution. Coordinate packaging development projects, product sampling, and customer approvals. Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly. Market Intelligence Monitor packaging industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sustainable packaging solutions. Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in paper, plastic, corrugated, flexible, or industrial packaging. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with strong business acumen. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Possess Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage.
