Full Time Clinic Assistant

Our work environment includes:​​​​​ Learning & Growth opportunities Dental, medical and Wellness programs 13 month AWS plus variable bonus Performance incentives Staff welfare and benefits Team building events Job Description & Requirements Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients, Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments Explain medical and health screen packages to patients Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures Performing administrative duties assigned by superior Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payments transaction Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities Requirements: Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, Higher Nitec in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome. Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage. Preferably stay in the northeast area. Must be able to commit to full time hours up to 44hr per workweek Must be able to commit to 3 night and 1-weekend shifts. Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service. Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals) Good command of spoken English. The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
