Part Time Clinic Assistant

Part-Time Clinic Assistant (with Experience) - Regular Sundays from 8.30am to 12.30pm OR - Regular nights from 6.00pm to 8.30pm OR - Adhoc weekday mornings Duties and Responsibilities: · Registration of patients, reception duties, dispensing medications and payment collections · Attend to phone calls, schedule appointment and send reminders to patients for chronic medication follow-up · Handle administration and documentation of referrals, lab tests and radiology services · Inventory check, medicines order and replenishing of medicines · Any other admin duties and responsibilities as assigned by Doctor or Clinic Manager · General housekeeping of clinic Job Requirements: · Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant · Minimum GCE N/O level qualifications · Basic computer skills · Familiar with clinic workflow and system (Clinic Assist CMS) · Positive, self-motivated and customer-service orientated · English and dialects speaking is essential · Able to work independently Clinic Details: GP clinic within 5mins walking distance from Outram MRT Clinic is closed on Wed, Sat & Public holidays Employment: Part-time position Note: Only shortlisted candidates (with experience) will be contacted.
