About this role

Responsibilities: Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps. Leading end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short and long‑term business objectives. Provide insights on talent availability and market trends. Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in talent attraction and selection by applying best-practices strategies to improve diversity in hiring and internal mobility. Involve in TA projects and initiatives, including but not limited to talent branding, career fairs, process improvement and STEM outreach efforts. Deliver exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices, facilitate/lead debrief sessions and support data-driven hiring decisions. Manage expectations from stakeholders and timelines with proactive communication. Requirements: 3 - 4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within an in-house Talent Acquisition function with exposure to regional recruitment. Proven track record of recruiting diverse roles varying in complexity and hiring volume, especially in recruiting technology and engineering talent. Experience developing sourcing strategies, data-driven recruitment and possess ability to use data to drive recruitment strategy. Proficient in HRIS, ATS platforms (Workday), workforce analytics tools (PowerBI). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in complex and large organisation/MNC is an advantage. Experience in the recruitment of support functions/commercial roles is an advantage. Possess ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise.
