Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new corporate clients. Introduce leadership, team building and corporate learning solutions. Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D, Business Leaders and Management Teams. Arrange meetings, presentations and discovery sessions. Understand clients' business challenges and training needs. Work closely with our consultants to design customised training solutions. Generate new business opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients. Represent the company professionally at networking events and business meetings. Ideal Candidate Experience in B2B sales, HR, Learning & Development, Consulting or Corporate Services. Existing network of HR professionals, business owners or corporate decision-makers is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Passionate about people development and organisational growth.
