Ship Agency Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate vessel’s requirements and intended activities Arrange and guide vessel to comply with statutory requirements and regulations Prepare shipping documentation accurately and timely Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required Job Requirements: Require to work irregular hours including weekends and Public Holidays Must board vessel upon vessel arrival, irregular timing Good communication and organizing skills is preferable Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationship with people from different culture Self-driven and full of initiative Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities. Relevant experience is an added advantage Qualifications: Min. GCE ‘N’ level Candidates must possess Class 3 driving license, own motorbike Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $2,50.00 - $3,000.00 per month
