We're in an exciting growth phase, expanding our client base and building strong B2B partnerships across the island. As we scale, we're looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to help keep our operations running smoothly. About the Role As our Admin Executive, you'll be the operational backbone of the company — supporting bookings, scheduling, customer communications, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and wants to grow with a company in an active expansion phase. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling and dispatch coordination for drivers and vehicles Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and confirmations via phone, email, and messaging platforms Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and receipts for corporate and individual clients Maintain accurate records of bookings, client accounts, and driver schedules Support onboarding of new corporate/B2B clients, including documentation and account setup Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking Coordinate with drivers on daily schedules, route changes, and last-minute adjustments Support marketing and outreach efforts (e.g. preparing materials, updating client lists) Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transport regulations Provide general administrative support to management as needed What We're Looking For Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or customer service role (transport/logistics industry experience is a plus) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and basic invoicing software Able to multitask and stay calm under time-sensitive situations (e.g. flight delays, last-minute bookings) A proactive, can-do attitude — comfortable working in a small, fast-growing team Singaporean/PR preferred; must be eligible to work in Singapore Nice to Have Experience with fleet management or dispatch software Familiarity with invoicing/accounting tools (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) Basic graphic design or social media skills What We Offer Opportunity to grow with the company during an active expansion phase Exposure to both operations and business development (B2B partnerships, client outreach) A supportive, close-knit team environment Competitive salary based on experience How to Apply Send your resume and a short note on why you'd be a good fit to admin@gofaithway.com , or contact us directly at +65 8945 6732 via Whatsapp
